WHAT IS THE NATIONAL GUEST REGISTRATION FORM?
The National Guest Registration Form is a form that your property or hotel must present to the guest at the time of check-in , requesting that it fill in and sign certain data, such as name, profession, nationality, among others.
The application of the FNRH is mandatory for all accommodation facilities of Brazil.
According to Decree No. 7,381, of December 2, 2010, which regulates the Tourism Law nº 11.771/2008 , the daily movement of guests must be declared through the National Guest Registration Form.
It is the obligation of the establishment to keep a copy of this archived in digital format.
However, it is not enough just to have the form and request that it be filled in at the time of the guest's entry.
The law requires that these data from the guest registration form be forwarded to the responsible body within the established deadlines.

Since the Tourism Law required the submission of the National Guest Registration Form, a lot of paper has been lost along the way.
