EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

 

General guidelines: 

Bomgo makes every effort to ensure that the product reaches you in the best possible way, always striving for perfect quality and full customer satisfaction. In return for the trust that consumers place in the brand, we have edited this exchange and return policy based on the Consumer Protection Code: 

 

Any and all exchanges or returns, for any of the reasons indicated in this return policy, must be communicated to the Customer Service Center, via emailwontato@bomgobrasil.com r, which must include: Name and CPF of the person returning/exchanging, Reason for return, Purchase invoice and information about the reason for the exchange. 

 

Return address guidance and any other instructions that consumers require will be promptly provided upon receipt of the exchange/returns email. The products to be exchanged, regardless of the reason, can only have been purchased on our website (https://www.bomgobrasil.com/minibar).  

 

The exchange of Bomgo products purchased directly at physical points of sale is not the responsibility of the Manufacturer. If your product has a defect and needs to be exchanged, you should look for the establishment where you purchased your bottle and check this possibility. However, if the establishment refuses to make the exchange, and you do not agree, tell us via email (wontato@bomgobrasil.com). 

 

If you obtained a discount on your purchase, relating to a promotional action or a discount coupon, the refund will consider the discount granted. If the product reaches the consumer with any type of damage, we suggest that you do not accept delivery and notify us immediately.  

 

Exchanges or returns upon exercise of the right of withdrawal 

Occurrences involving withdrawal, exchange or refund due to exercise of the right of withdrawal must be communicated within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt of the product. Requests made after the deadline will not be accepted. 

The product must not show signs of use and must be in perfect condition. Breaking the seal will result in it being returned to the customer in the same way it was received by Bomgo. 

The refund of the amount paid or transaction reversal will begin when the returned product is received at our center, and will occur in accordance with the policy of the payment method chosen at the time of purchase;  

Exchanges or returns due to product defect or operational error 

Occurrences involving withdrawal, exchange or refund due to a defect in the product or Bomgo's operational error, such as shipping to an address different from that stated or in incorrect quantities, must be reported within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt of the product. Requests made after the deadline will not be accepted. 

 

Freight charge 

In the case of a return and/or cancellation requested on the customer's initiative and without a reason justifying the situation, the return shipping costs will be your sole responsibility.  

If the request occurs after the merchandise has been sent to the company responsible for delivery, shipping will also be the responsibility of the customer.  

In the event of a problem with the product, such as an error in shipping the requested product or any other error for which Bomgo is responsible, shipping will be the sole responsibility of Bomgo  

 

Deadline for the exchange to take place 

Every exchange request will be analyzed by Bomgo, taking into account the information provided by the customer in the exchange/return email. If the fact is proven, Bomgo will take all measures for shipping as quickly as possible, by sending the refusal document with signature by the purchaser.
